About Rivero Trial Group

Built for the modern courtroom.

Rivero Trial Group was built around a straightforward idea: a defense should be prepared with the courtroom in mind from the beginning. Early investigation, tailored discovery, clear reporting, and deliberate motion practice are not separate from trial work. They are trial work.

We are a boutique firm by design. Our structure allows the lawyers responsible for a matter to stay close to the facts, communicate directly with the client, and adjust the litigation plan as the case develops. We represent insurers and insureds throughout Florida in property and casualty matters, personal injury defense, subrogation, and coverage disputes.

Capabilities

Good defense work is deliberate. Our approach is organized around four principles.

01

Understand the File Early

We identify the facts, witnesses, documents, damages issues, and procedural questions that are most likely to affect the case.

02

Understand the File Early

We identify the facts, witnesses, documents, damages issues, and procedural questions that are most likely to affect the case.

03

Clear Communication

Updates should explain what changed, why it matters, and whether the strategy or evaluation should change with it.

04

Prepare for Trial from the Outset

Discovery, expert work and motion practice are more useful when they are informed by a clear trial theory.

Our Lawyers

Our lawyers are responsible for the work.
